    I can log in as well.  I have seen this issue before, however, when I logged in on a new device.  Are you using you normal device and are you on VPN?

    Actually, neither of those.  I am trying to log in from my phone and I am not connected to VPN.  I tried downloading the Cash App mobile app yesterday.  Is there any way to use the mobile app with our set-up?

    Hi Paul - you can use the mobile app but you need to set up Okta on your phone first.  I would suggest opening a ticket with IT.
